I'm originally from Milford, CT, and started out as a solo artist in high school and college, accompanying myself on guitar. I began performing with rock and roll bands as lead vocalist. I had singing roles in summer theatre productions of "Oliver!" and "West Side Story". Toured with a Classics IV revival. When the tour came to an end, I began corresponding with the Nashville Songwriters Assoc, and a writer from Nashville contracted me to do some session work in the music city.
In Nashville, I performed with rock and country bands, while recording demos in town. I worked at ASCAP and RCA records, and was a finalist in the Hall of Fame female vocalist contest. I appeared twice on Nashville's "You Can Be A Star". I moved to Atlanta and sang with many local bands. I received an Atlanta Songwriter's Award for two of my original songs: Living in The Twilight Zone and Nice Girl. I continue to do session work, and regularly perform live with Deja Vu, and Big Band Atlanta.
